Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and fun experience for every event, please review our booking policy before reserving your bounce house rental. Reservation & Payment A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed. Bookings are confirmed only after payment confirmation. Delivery & Setup We provide delivery and setup. All equipment should be taken down or off at time of pickup. Please ensure the setup area is clean, level, and free of sharp objects, debris, or pet waste. Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use. Weather Policy Safety comes first. Rentals may be postponed or canceled due to severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning. If weather prevents setup, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund according to our cancellation terms. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. Same-day cancellations result in loss of deposit. Please contact us as early as possible for any changes to your reservation. Safety Guidelines No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside the bounce house. Rough play, flips, and overcrowding are not permitted. Total Weight (up to 500 pounds) and occupancy limits (up to 5 kids) must be followed at all times for inflatables. Damage & Cleaning Policy Customers are responsible for any excessive damage caused by misuse, negligence, or prohibited activities during the rental period. Excessive dirt, mud, slime, confetti, silly string, or other substances may result in an additional cleaning fee of $50-$150. Lost or damaged items will be billed at replacement cost. Rental Time Rental duration begins at the agreed delivery time and ends at pickup. Additional rental hours may be available upon request.
